When you arrive at your new university

On arrival at the host university, the student must submit the following documents:

·         Learning Agreement signed by the host university (You must send the document within a month after your arrival)

·         Confirmation of arrival (Form MOD06): (doc) (. Odt)

The Office of International Relations at the University will stamp and sign the forms. The student will send the forms by fax to the ORI-ULL: +34 922 319 494 / +34 922 31 9624.

Erasmus scholarship will not be processed until receipt of these forms by fax on the ORI-ULL.

All forms must be filled out electronically.
