Students selected for an Erasmus mobility grant should immediately look up the destination/host university website for registration deadlines. If it is required by the host institution they have to download the Learning Agreement models ( Learning Agreement), MOD04 and Application Form (Student Application Form) -MOD02 to be fill in by their coordinators.
Note that each university sets various application deadlines, starting from April.
Important: Failure of the delivery of documentation in the host universities may lead to loss the Erasmus grant.
Only if the host institution does not have the models of Learning Agreement and Application Form, you will find the ULL in: IMPRESOS

This form will be submitted in duplicate. You can get the ERASMUS CODE (Item 3. Period of study abroad) on our website or directly at the ORI.
The student has to submit forms MOD04 and MOD05 to ORI-ULL properly signed and stamped. MOD04 has to be stamped and signed by the Vice Rector for International Relations. Original documents will be returned to the student after being signed to be sent to the host university in order to start the inscription procedure. The ORI will keep a copy of these documents in the student's file.
Identification Erasmus card/number will be delivered from April 19, after the first enrolment procedure. This credential/number is required for registration at the host university and for the European Social Security card which gives access to health services in the host country. Likewise, with the change into the new program it will be deliver the Erasmus Student Charter which describes the student’s rights and obligations.
Health services
The student selected for Erasmus mobility has to arrange his medical coverage, either through the Social Security System (European Health Insurance Card) or with his own private insurance. As is established by Erasmus regulations, the students' health insurance must be paid for by the scholarship.
It is recommended to have the European Health Insurance Card. The card ensures that you will get the same access to public sector health care (e.g. a doctor, a pharmacy, a hospital or a health care centre) as nationals of host country. This document is available through the National Social Security Institute.
