Academic Year and Registration
Welcome Day
The Erasmus Office will be organising several registration meetings at the beginning of each semester. All Erasmus incoming students must make an appointment to attend these meetings at the information desk at C/Viana 50, week days, from 9:00 to 14:00.
All information regarding registration meetings, Welcome Day, the Spanish language course, and other issues, will be updated on our website.
- The Academic year is divided into two semesters, with two teaching periods each. The first semester starts on 09 September 2013 and ends on 25 January 2014. The second semester begins on 27 January 2014 and goes until 31 July 2014.
Students are recommended to arrive during the first week of September 2013 (first semester) and the second fortnight of January 2014 (second semester) and to consult the academic calendar 2013/2014.
The registration period at the Erasmus Office is compulsory:
- For first semester and full school year: from 2 September 2013 to 20 September 2013
- For second semester: from 13 January 2014 to 31 January 2014
