Changing courses at your new university
On arrival at the host university, if the student wants to change a/several subject(s) he has to fill out, with the subjects to study, the Contract Amendment Studies (Form MOD07): (. Doc) (. Odt) and a new Academic Recognition (Form MOD05): (. Doc ) (.Odt)
All forms must be filled out electronically.
In case of changes in the subjects to study, the documents will be sent to ORI-ULL within a month after arrival of the student in the host university.
These forms must be sent to the coordinator of the ULL completed and signed by the coordinator of the foreign university and the student. The coordinator of the ULL will sign both documents. Academic Recognition will only be signed by the Dean or Center Director or Chair of the Doctoral Committee. Finally they will be forwarded to the ORI-ULL to be signed by the Vice Rector of International Relations. The fully signed forms will be sent by fax to the student through the International Relations Office at the University where he is studying.
