Teaching and non teaching mobility staff.  Training (STT)

Characteristics:

Mobility training purposes refers to the mobility of teachers and non teachers staff in institutions of higher education in order to receive training in a single period of five days.

This action, with the objective to train staff, includes two types of mobility:

  • Staff mobility from an institution of higher education to a company and vice versa.
  • Teachers and non teachers’ staff mobility from higher education institutions to other institutions of social higher education.

Objectives

  • Staff mobility from an institution of higher education to a company and vice versa:

The objective is to enable teachers and non teachers’ staff to get new abilities, knowledge and practical skills. The activities proposed are: seminars, workshops, courses and lectures, practical training courses, etc.

  • Teachers and non teachers’ staff mobility from higher education institutions to other institutions of social higher education:

The aim is to enable teachers and non teachers’ staff to learn new experiences and good practices of the partner institution and improve their working skills.The main activity is a short stay at the partner institution doing study visits, class/lesson observation, etc.

Criteria to be chosen:

  • Teaching staff should be part of a Higher Education Institution which holds an Erasmus University Chart.
  • For companies mobility it is necessary to submit a letter of previous acceptance.
  • Partner universities mobility. It may be posts/places for those with a bilateral agreement signed with the ULL.
  • Staff should be nationals of one of the countries participating in the program or be recognized as permanent resident, refugee or stateless in the country where they live.
  • Training staff must be nationals of one of the countries participating in the program or be recognized by the country in which they live, as permanent resident, refugee or stateless.

The granting of aid carries with it the presentation of the "Work plan" accepted by the home institution and the host company.

Language training activities and attendance at seminars, workshops and conferences will be considered as training mobility staff.
