Returning to ULL

As recorded in form MOD03 (. doc) (. odt) signed by the student at the beginning of the Erasmus course, once he returns he should submitted the following documentation as justification for the Erasmus aid by August 30 at ULL ORI.

All forms must be filled out electronically.

  • Certificate of attendance (Form MOD08): (.doc) (.odt)

This certificate shows the length of the study period spent abroad and has to be stamped and signed. Important: The date of the signature on the form must match the last day of stay, or be after it.

  • Student report (Form MOD09): (.doc) (.odt)

If the student does not have this documentation on time may not be counted within the Erasmus mobility of the ULL. In this case the amounts paid will be claimed by the ULL.
