In order to pursue different degrees simultaneously students must have completed the entire first year of a degree programme if it is a non-renewed study plan or at least 60 credits if it is a renewed study plan.
If the degree programme that the student wishes to study simultaneously has an admissions limit, the student must ask for a simultaneous studies application from the dean or director of the centre before submitting the pre-enrolment application, or at the same time.
If a student who already has pre-enrolled later asks to study in different programmes simultaneously, their place in the programme is automatically dependant on the student completing the simultaneous studies procedure.
The student must follow the same procedure as an academic transcript transfer using the same documentation although the application must also expressly mention the petition to study in different centres simultaneously.
If a student registered in ULL requests to study simultaneously in another university, the procedure will be carried out according to the regulations of the other university.
If a student registered in another university requests to study simultaneously in ULL, the request will be processed like a request to transfer an academic transcript since allowing simultaneous studies also implies transfer, although a distinction has to be made if the degree has limited admissions or not.
