Students who want to sit the entry examinations apply directly at UNED, taking with them accrediting credentials, issued by MEC, of studies done abroad or studies done at a recognised foreign Centre in Spain. If such credentials are not yet available, an official note from MEC, indicating recognition has been petitioned, allows a conditional registration.
The application must be presented with the following:
- Accrediting documentation of studies undertaken in foreign system of education.
- Accrediting documentation of studies undertaken in a Spanish system of education, when applicable.
- Accrediting documentation of residency abroad where required.
Those who take and pass the entry examinations under the auspices of UNED will be admitted to the following universities:
- Foreign students or Spanish students who accredit residency abroad: the university first mentioned in the application for the entry examination.
- Spanish students unable to accredit residency abroad: any university in the province of their Spanish residence or, where applicable, the one assigned to the centres of secondary education in that province.
