Administrations<\/a>&nbsp;(BOE No. 236, of October 2), and in article 41 of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/bulletinBoard\/showBulletin\/45481:1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Regulations of the electronic headquarters of the University of La Laguna<\/a>, the ULL may consult or electronically collect the documents necessary to formalize the registration, unless the interested party objects to this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Likewise, and exceptionally, when the relevance of the document in the procedure so requires or there are doubts arising from the quality of the copy, the ULL may request, with justification, the comparison of the copies provided by the interested party or the accreditation of compliance with the requirements, for which the presentation of the original document or information may be required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">General documentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>1. Proof of identity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">In any case, students with Spanish nationality must formalize their enrollment with their national identity document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">In the case of students of foreign nationality:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">a) Students from the European Union&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">or another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation<\/a>, must be in possession of the Certificate of Registration as a citizen of the European Union, which shows the foreigner identification number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">b) Students of foreign nationality other than those mentioned above must&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">be in possession of a valid residence card<\/a>, where the foreigner identification number is shown. If you do not have this, you may register conditionally with your passport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Students of Spanish or foreign nationality who possess a DNI or NIE are not required to submit said documentation. Their identification will be carried out using the \u201cULL Credential\u201d or electronic certificate and data intermediation, using the Identity Data Verification and Consultation Service (SVDI) of the Data Intermediation Platform (PID), unless the interested party objects to this, through the<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/catalog\/showProcedure\/614\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;electronic procedure<\/a>&nbsp;corresponding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Students of foreign nationality who&nbsp;<strong>Do not be in possession of a DNI or NIE<\/strong>, you can formalize the registration with the passport with&nbsp;<strong>conditional character<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">These students will have until the deadline to submit the Certificate of Registration of citizen of the European Union or the valid residence card, which includes the foreign identification number, as the case may be,&nbsp;<strong>March 31st<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>2026<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>the registration being cancelled ex officio&nbsp;<\/strong>in the event that such documentation is not provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>2. Accreditation of access requirements.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Students who have obtained a place through the pre-registration process and who have taken the entrance exams at another university or have an open academic record for another degree program and\/or university must provide proof of having processed the transfer of their record. Their registration remains conditional until this documentation is provided.&nbsp;<strong>Maximum submission deadline:<\/strong>&nbsp;until September 30, 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">New students from a foreign education system who are in possession of the provisional UNEDAssis accreditation or who are in the process of obtaining the homologation of their baccalaureate degree or equivalent that gives them access to university, or with , may be admitted and enrolled in an official Bachelor&#039;s degree on a conditional basis, provided that they present the form for conditional registration in educational centers adjusted to the model published as&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/doc.php?id=BOE-A-2002-25289\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Annex II of Order ECD\/3305\/2002<\/a>&nbsp;or the provisional UNEDAssis accreditation.&nbsp;<strong>Maximum submission deadline:<\/strong>&nbsp;until July 20, 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Failure to comply with any of the above deadlines will result in the automatic cancellation of the registration and the loss of the allocated place, if applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">Supporting documentation for exemption from public prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">To apply the bonuses and exemptions on the first rate of the annual decree of the Government of the Canary Islands that sets the public prices and fees to be paid for the provision of university services, it is necessary that students meet the corresponding requirements.&nbsp;<strong>in the ordinary registration period<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">In accordance with the provisions of article 28 of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2015-10565\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Law 39\/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations<\/a>&nbsp;and in article 41 of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/bulletinBoard\/showBulletin\/45481:1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Regulations of the electronic headquarters of the University of La Laguna<\/a>, these documents may be consulted or collected by electronic means, unless the interested party objects to this through the<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/catalog\/showProcedure\/614\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/catalog\/showProcedure\/614\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">electronic procedure<\/a>&nbsp;corresponding, in which case you must provide the corresponding documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Specifically, the ULL will electronically collect documentation proving entitlement to the bonus corresponding to the status of large family in the general and special categories, persons with a disability level equal to or greater than 33, or persons who are victims of armed gangs or acts of terrorism (letter e of Annex VI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Exceptionally, when the relevance of the document to the procedure so requires or there are doubts arising from the quality of the copy, the ULL may request, with justification, a comparison of the copies provided by the interested party or proof of compliance with the requirements, for which the presentation of the original document or information may be required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Deadline for submitting documentation for the 2025-2026 academic year:<\/strong>&nbsp;until October 30, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Students who do not provide the documentation will not be eligible for the corresponding discount, and a new payment receipt will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Students who wish to benefit from any legally recognized exemption from public prices and\/or fees must submit for verification and effects through the procedure enabled in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/catalog\/showProcedure\/260\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">electronic headquarters<\/a>&nbsp;For this purpose, the following documentation in Spanish:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><u>a) Large family of general and special category<\/u>.<\/strong>&nbsp;It is not necessary to present documentation, unless requested by the ULL because it has not been verified electronically. In this case, the holder must provide a valid large family card or, failing that, proof of having processed its application or renewal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">For the purposes of exemption, the situations that are recognized are:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2003\/11\/19\/pdfs\/A40845-40852.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Law 40\/2003, of November 18, on the Protection of Large Families<\/a>&nbsp;(BOE No. 277, of November 19) declares them comparable to a large family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The general category represents a partial exemption of 50% % on the entire ordinary settlement, and the special category represents a total exemption of 100% % on that same settlement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Large family certificates provided by foreign citizens, provided that Spain has recognized them for exemption purposes, will only be valid if they have a visa from the Spanish government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>b) Overall honors in Baccalaureate or Higher Level Vocational Training<\/strong>They must provide the certification issued by the Secretary of the School where it was obtained. The exemption applies to first-time students in the first year, and is applied only once, and is applied in full to the public tuition fees for the corresponding subjects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><u>c) Students with Extraordinary Award in Baccalaureate.<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;Students who obtain the Extraordinary Award in Baccalaureate will be exempt from paying public tuition fees for the first year of their university studies, and only once. If the award is granted after payment of the public tuition fee, the university will refund the tuition fee. Documentation proving this award must be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><u>d) People with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 %.<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;It is not necessary to submit documentation, unless requested by the ULL because it has not been verified electronically. In this case, you must provide a disability certificate issued by the corresponding public body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><u>and)&nbsp;<\/u><u>Victims of armed gangs or acts of terrorism and their first-degree descendants<\/u><\/strong>, will be exempt from paying public prices, as provided in article 38 of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2011-15039&amp;p=20211229&amp;tn=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Law 29\/2011, of September 22, on Recognition and Comprehensive Protection of Victims of Terrorism<\/a>&nbsp;(Official State Gazette No. 229, of September 23) must be accredited to the university by an administrative or judicial resolution recognizing their status. Likewise, their spouses or persons who have lived with them continuously in a similar emotional relationship will also benefit from this exemption, providing proof of this status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><u>f) Obtaining one or more honors<\/u>,<\/strong>&nbsp;In official courses taught at public universities in the Canary Islands during the 2024-2025 academic year, students will be entitled, both when they remain in the same degree program and when they change programs, to a discount on tuition fees equal to the number of credits corresponding to the subject in which they earned the honors degree. The discount will be calculated based on the price established per credit for the first enrollment in the program in which the honors degree was obtained. ULL students do not need to provide any documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><u>g) Victims of gender violence<\/u><\/strong>. Women, their minor children, minors under their guardianship or custody, their relatives or close friends who are minors, who have the status of victims of gender violence referred to in article 1 of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2004-21760\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Organic Law 1\/2004, of December 28, on Comprehensive Protection Measures against Gender Violence<\/a>&nbsp;(Official State Gazette No. 313, December 21), will enjoy full exemption from paying public fees and fees. Students who qualify for this provision must provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">the conviction for a crime of gender violence,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">a protection order,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">any other judicial resolution that agrees to a precautionary measure in favor of the victim,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Report from the Public Prosecutor&#039;s Office indicating the existence of evidence that the plaintiff is a victim of gender-based violence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Situations of gender-based violence may also be accredited through a report from social services, specialized services, or shelters for victims of gender-based violence of the competent public administration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><u>h) Students on mobility programs<\/u><\/strong>You must provide an academic recognition document or a study contract detailing the subjects you are enrolled in, as well as the student ID for the corresponding mobility program. Students enrolled in national mobility programs must provide proof of student insurance at their home university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><u>i) Participants in international peace and security operations<\/u><\/strong>. People who suffer disabling injuries falling within the scope of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2004\/11\/10\/pdfs\/A37000-37004.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Royal Decree-Law 8\/2004, of November 5,<\/a>&nbsp;(BOE No. 271, of November 10) on compensation to participants in international peace and security operations, as well as to the children and spouses of deceased persons, must provide supporting documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><u>k) Students receiving the minimum living income benefit<\/u>.<\/strong>&nbsp;Those recognized as such will be exempt from paying public fees for university academic services for studies leading to official degrees if they present the corresponding certification issued by the appropriate administrative entity, proving that they are currently entitled to and\/or receiving the minimum living income. An updated certificate of cohabitation must also be submitted.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-stackable-accordion stk-block-accordion stk-inner-blocks data-block-type=\"core\">Change the part-time work regime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Have outstanding debt from previous courses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Have a disability equal to or greater than 33 % or be a victim of gender-based violence and wish to enroll in fewer than 42 ECTS, in accordance with the provisions of the ULL Progress and Permanence Regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Access to the university through the route provided for in article 9.2.b) and c) of Royal Decree 412\/2014, of June 6<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2014\/06\/07\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2014-6008.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">, June 6<\/a>, in the case of homologation of the Bachelor&#039;s degree without passing the university entrance exam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Having obtained a favorable resolution on your application for simultaneous studies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Formalize an extraordinary registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Have completed a degree and wish to further your studies in one or another area of the same degree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">To be in the situation regulated by the Second Additional Provision of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/bulletinBoard\/showBulletin\/35961:1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IAM 2024-25<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Requires additional training requirements prior to the recognition of foreign higher education degrees.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">These registrations require presenting to the secretary of the corresponding center the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/catalog\/showProcedure\/537\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">registration application form<\/a>&nbsp;duly completed,&nbsp;<strong>from July 23 to 30, 2024<\/strong>, without prejudice to the provisions for applications for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ull.es\/admision-becas\/simultaneidad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">simultaneous studies<\/a>&nbsp;and for applications for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ull.es\/admision-becas\/matricula\/#matricula_extraordinaria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">extraordinary registration<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">In accordance with criteria of organizational effectiveness and efficiency, the secretaries of the centers may replace the in-person registration by submitting the registration application through the procedure of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/catalog\/showProcedure\/229\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">general application for university enrolment in Bachelor&#039;s degrees<\/a>\u201d through the ULL electronic headquarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The formalization of conditional registration is carried out under the responsibility of the person requesting it and does not prejudge the final resolution of the case. To do so, you must submit a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1ptp40ML4crIMwiLcZpMVdH4m7sA9QVtA\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">responsible provided that the form for conditional registration in educational centers is presented in accordance with the model published as&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/doc.php?id=BOE-A-2002-25289\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Annex II of Order ECD\/3305\/2002<\/a>&nbsp;or the provisional accreditation issued by the UNED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">These students will have until the deadline to submit the final accreditation&nbsp;<strong>July 20<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>2026<\/strong>, and the registration will be cancelled automatically if the documentation is not provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">c)&nbsp;<strong>Students who have obtained a place through the pre-registration process and taken the entrance exams at another university, or have an open academic record at another university<\/strong>, must provide proof of having processed the transfer of the file, and their registration will remain conditional until said documentation is provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">These students will have until the deadline to submit proof of having processed the transfer of the file&nbsp;<strong>September 30th<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>2025<\/strong>, and the registration will be cancelled automatically if the documentation is not provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>5.- The automatic cancellation of enrollment in the cases regulated in this article implies the cancellation of all academic and administrative actions, including grades, recognitions, compensation, adaptations, and any other procedure that may have been carried out during the course in which official undergraduate degrees at the University of La Laguna<\/a>, students who, having begun their university studies at the ULL in a certain Degree, have passed at least six ECTS credits in said Degree, and have temporarily abandoned said studies may continue them in the same center and Degree without needing to participate again in the pre-registration procedure, without prejudice to the provisions of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/bulletinBoard\/showBulletin\/22061:1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ULL Progress and Permanence Regulations<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">In these cases, you must enroll during the period established for continuing students (<strong>from July 23 to 30, 2024<\/strong>), provided data-block-type=\"core\">Free registration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Total exemption refers to students who find themselves in any of the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Special category large family. For exemption purposes, the situations that Law 40\/2003, of November 18, on the Protection of Large Families (Official State Gazette of November 19, 2003), declares comparable to a large family, are recognized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Scholarship holders from the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Canary Islands Government scholarship holders. They will be eligible for exemption based on the percentages established annually in the call for applications, in accordance with the established grading criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Overall honors in the LOGSE (Spanish acronym for the Spanish acronym), LOMCE (Spanish acronym for the Spanish acronym), or LOE (Spanish acronym for the Spanish acronym), Advanced Vocational Training (Spanish acronym for the Spanish acronym), and COU (Spanish acronym for the Spanish acronym). Master&#039;s degrees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Studies in the process of extinction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Doctorate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">This insurance also covers students from Member States of the European Union and the European Economic Area, and, in general, all foreign students residing under the same conditions as Spanish students, provided they pursue the aforementioned studies in Spain and are under the age of 28.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" >\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">Coverage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">1. Benefits in case of school accident<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">A school accident is any bodily injury suffered by the insured during activities directly or indirectly related to their status as a student, including sports, assemblies, study trips, internships, or &quot;end of degree&quot; trips, and similar activities, provided that these activities have been organized or authorized by the University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Medical and pharmaceutical care. Includes, where applicable, hospitalization and surgery. Students must visit any center within the public health network.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Financial compensation for disability.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Permanent and absolute disability for studies already begun: compensation ranges from \u20ac150.25 to \u20ac601.01.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Severe disability for studies, rendering him incapable of performing the most essential activities of life: lifetime pension of \u20ac144.24 per year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Travel expenses arising from a serious accident may be covered by the Student Insurance, although in this case the attending physician will be responsible for assessing the urgency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Funeral expenses.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">If the accident results in death, the family will be paid \u20ac30.05 in funeral expenses. If the accident occurred somewhere other than the family residence, these expenses can range from \u20ac30.05 to \u20ac120.20.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">In addition, if the deceased student had a spouse, children, direct ancestors over 65 years of age or incapacitated for work, or siblings who are minors or incapacitated for work, they will be granted a capital sum of \u20ac300.51.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The student has one year after the accident to claim these benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">2. Sickness benefits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Comprehensive medical care, including hospitalization, consisting of general surgery, neuropsychiatry, pulmonary and bone tuberculosis, and obstetrics. Students must visit any center within the public health network.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Comprehensive pharmaceutical care in cases of hospitalization. For outpatient treatment, 70% of the cost will be paid, with the beneficiary responsible for the remaining 30%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Funeral expenses will be paid if the member who suffered an illness dies as a result of the illness within two years of contracting it, and if the inability to continue their studies lasted until their death. The amounts and conditions are the same as in the case of a school accident.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>In certain cases<\/strong>, physiotherapy, cobalt therapy, radium therapy, artificial kidney and radiotherapy, as well as maxillofacial surgery, can be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">3. Benefits in case of family misfortune<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The family misfortune benefit is intended to ensure that students can continue their studies, which they have already begun, until the normal completion of the courses comprising their degree, including the doctorate, in the event of the death of the head of the family or family ruin or bankruptcy. In no case shall this benefit be considered a permanent lack of financial resources to cover the cost of their studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">The annual amounts of the family distress benefit range from \u20ac86.54 to \u20ac129.82, depending on the type of large family.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">It will accrue from the first day of the month following the month in which the triggering event occurred and will be paid for the number of years remaining until the beneficiary completes their degree normally and without repeating a year. In any case, the benefit will expire when the beneficiary reaches 28 years of age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">This benefit is compatible with any scholarship or school aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Once the benefit has been granted, the continued financial situation and adequate academic performance will be verified annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">In the event of the death of the head of the household, the family income may not exceed \u20ac6,010.12 per family member. data-block-type=\"core\">The cancellations made on applications submitted up to <strong>October 15, 2025 <\/strong>These cancellations will entail the refund of public fees paid for academic services and will not count towards the number of enrollments. In no case will refunds be issued for the opening of a student file and\/or school insurance. These cancellations will not generate any debt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The cancellations made on applications submitted between <strong>October 16 and November 20, 2025<\/strong> They will not entail the return of public prices paid up to this point for academic services, file opening and\/or school insurance, and the number of enrollments and the effects derived from this will not be counted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Starting from <\/strong><strong>November 21, 2025<\/strong> Cancellation requests will be rejected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">In any case, cancellations submitted from the <strong>October 16, 2025<\/strong> They will entail the settlement and issuance of a new payment letter, with the amounts for data-block-type=\"core\">Students may request partial cancellation of enrollment through the <a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/catalog\/showProcedure\/463\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">procedure enabled on the electronic headquarters<\/a>, provided that it does not imply that the number of credits for which he is enrolled is less than that established in the <a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/bulletinBoard\/showBulletin\/22061:1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ULL Progress and Permanence Regulations<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Subjects that are prerequisites for enrollment in other enrolled subjects cannot be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The deadline for requesting the partial cancellation of first semester subjects would be <strong>October 15, 2025<\/strong>. In the event that the cancellation of second semester and year subjects is requested, the deadline is set on <strong>February 13, 2026<\/strong>, without the right to a refund of the public prices paid up to this point for academic services and will not count towards the number of enrollments or the effects derived from this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Cancellations made on applications submitted up to <strong>October 15, 2025<\/strong> These cancellations will involve the refund of public fees paid for academic services and will not count towards the number of enrollments. In any case, any refunds issued will not include fees paid for the third rate and school insurance. These cancellations will not generate any debt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Cancellations made on applications submitted from <strong>October 16, 2025 <\/strong>They will not entail the return of public prices paid to date for academic services, nor will they be counted in the number of enrollments or have any effects derived from which they are enrolled in attention to the circumstances included in this regulation are regulated by the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/riull.ull.es\/xmlui\/bitstream\/handle\/915\/13022\/Acuerdo%208_28_02_19.pdf?sequence=1&amp;isAllowed=y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Regulations for the change of shift for ULL degrees<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">All shift change requests must be submitted between the&nbsp;<strong>July 14 and September 18, 2025<\/strong>&nbsp;through the procedure enabled in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/catalog\/showProcedure\/376\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">electronic headquarters<\/a>, accompanied by the required supporting documents that allow the reasons given to be accredited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The center will verify that applications are correctly submitted and accompanied by the required documentation. If any documentation has been omitted, the student will be notified within two business days after the application deadline. They will be asked to submit it within 24 hours. Otherwise, the application will be archived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The heads of the centers will issue the corresponding resolutions within a period of up to&nbsp;<strong>September 26, 2025<\/strong>. They will be notified by publication on the title&#039;s website.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-stackable-accordion stk-block-accordion stk-inner-blocks stk-8c532e4-inner-blocks\">\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Number of places offered for official courses on a part-time basis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">According to article 8 of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/bulletinBoard\/showBulletin\/22061:1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ULL Progress and Permanence Regulations<\/a>All official ULL degrees have a number of places available, allowing students to pursue them part-time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Students who, due to personal circumstances, wish to pursue their studies part-time must initially enroll full-time, applying for part-time status through the procedure described in the following sections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">Registration procedure for students applying for part-time work<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The request must be made through the procedure established in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/matricula_parcial\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">electronic headquarters<\/a>&nbsp;from the ULL. Appropriate documentation must be attached to prove compliance with the requirements for pursuing studies under this dedication regime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Students who have been studying under this dedication regime in their last registration must enroll under the full-time dedication regime and reapply for the part-time dedication regime, in order to determine whether the circumstances that led to the granting of this dedication regime in that course continue to exist or whether they find themselves in one of the other circumstances that grant access to request this dedication regime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Reasons for requesting part-time employment and its accreditation.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The reasons that may be alleged in the application are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>a) Have a recognized disability of at least 33 % or have required specific educational support needs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">This will be accredited by a disability recognition certificate issued by the competent public body, along with a medical expert&#039;s opinion or the presentation of a psychopedagogical opinion or opinions from approved specialists that certify specific educational support needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>b) Prove family care responsibilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Provide care to dependent relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, as well as care for first-degree descendants under the age of five.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The person who is dedicated to the care of a family member in a situation of dependency or disability in accordance with the provisions of Law 39\/2006, of December 14, on the Promotion of Personal Autonomy and Care for People in Situations of Dependency (BOE No. 299, of December 15), and in the regional regulations for its development, must submit, along with the application, the resolution in which the family member&#039;s situation of dependency or disability is declared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">In the case of offspring under five years of age, the relationship will be accredited by presenting the Family Record Book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>c) Be high-level or high-performance athletes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Be a high-level athlete or high-performance athlete, as established in Royal Decree 971\/2007, of July 13 (BOE No. 177, of July 25). It will be accredited<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>High-level athletes<\/strong>: Resolution of the Presidency of the Higher Sports Council, published in the Official State Gazette (BOE), in which such status is recognized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>High-performance athletes<\/strong>: Certification from the Higher Sports Council, where such status is recognized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>High-level local athletes from the Canary Islands<\/strong>: Certification from the competent body of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, or publication in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands, where they are recognized as high-level native athletes of the Canary Islands.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>d) Carry out a work, professional or business activity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">This will be accredited through an employment contract or a declaration of registration with the Tax Agency (forms 036 and 037), as appropriate in each case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Regarding employment activity, you must prove registration with Social Security or its equivalent at least three months prior to the application deadline, as well as proof of employment status by submitting the Employment History Report issued by Social Security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>e) Suffering from economic hardship in their family unit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Be a member of a family unit with a per capita income below \u20ac10,000. Per capita income is calculated by dividing the general taxable base from the personal income tax return (recorded in box 435 of the return filed for the corresponding year) by the number of eligible members of the family unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">A certificate of cohabitation issued by the corresponding city council must also be provided. Those who live with the applicant must authorize the University of La Laguna&#039;s access to their tax information in the part-time employment application, providing the Secure Verification Code from the corresponding tax returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">If the income comes from economic activities, access to this type of registration will only be possible if the turnover in the last fiscal year does not exceed \u20ac187,515.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">If the person, due to the household&#039;s income level, is not required to file a personal income tax return, they must provide proof of this with a certificate issued by the State Tax Administration Agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>f) Be a student of professional or higher artistic education in the same academic year.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">This will be accredited by a copy of the registration stamped by the center or, failing that, a certificate issued by the center stating that the student is enrolled in the 2021-2022 academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>g) Personal interest. No accreditation required.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">Application periods and resolution of part-time applications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Students who wish to pursue their studies on a part-time basis must submit a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/matricula_parcial\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">application&nbsp;<\/a>having until the deadline<strong>&nbsp;September 18, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The deans and center directors have until the deadline to resolve and publish the allocation of the places in the part-time dedication regime&nbsp;<strong>September 25, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">Allocation of part-time positions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">If there are more applications than reserved part-time places in a degree, these applications will be ranked according to the following order of priority:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">1\u00ba) Students who prove causes a), b), c), d) and e).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">2nd) Students who prove the cause f).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">3rd) Students who request it out of personal interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Within each of the above groups, causes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">It is understood that unforeseen causes occur when the personal circumstances of the student that give rise to the causes considered above, are generated after the resolution period has ended.&nbsp;<strong>September 25, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The modification of the dedication regime in your ordinary
