agreement<\/strong>&nbsp;in the matter (consultation&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/unedasiss.uned.es\/recursos\/archivos\/Anexo_I_reglamento_unedasiss.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>&nbsp;the list of countries with an agreement) must&nbsp;<strong>be in possession of the corresponding accreditation issued by the UNED<\/strong>, being able to take the optional phase of the PAU in the public universities of the Canary Islands or the specific skills test (PCE) organized by the UNED itself.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Students from the&nbsp;<strong>other foreign educational systems<\/strong>&nbsp;They must request the recognition of their foreign degree as a Spanish Baccalaureate degree or equivalent from the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, and must also obtain accreditation issued by the UNED.&nbsp;<strong>They will only be able to take the specific skills test (PCE) organized by UNED<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">In any case, students who wish to improve their grade may take the PAU at public universities in the Canary Islands in subsequent calls, provided that they have previously obtained the accreditation issued by the UNED, and, in the case of students from countries that do not belong to the European Union or with a reciprocity agreement on the subject, they must also have taken the PCE with a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ull.es\/admision-becas\/pau\/estructura-la-pau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">structure similar
