pre-registration periods have ended<strong>, those students who meet the university entrance requirements,&nbsp;<\/strong>You may apply for registration directly at the secretary&#039;s office of the center where the degree is taught.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Students must prove to the registrar that they meet the requirements for university admission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Applications will be granted&nbsp;<strong>in strict order of presentation of the&nbsp;<a
