the award of a degree, with respect to partial Spanish university studies that allow those studies to be continued at a Spanish university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The validation of foreign studies for partial Spanish university studies is the responsibility of the Spanish university where the applicant wishes to pursue further studies, in accordance with the criteria established by the University Coordination Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The effects of the validation of partial studies are, in general, solely academic, as they allow for continuing studies within the Spanish educational system. These studies may, where appropriate, culminate in the award of the corresponding Spanish university degree, once the applicable curriculum has been completed. They have not completed their official university studies undertaken at foreign universities.<br>2. Having completed their studies, they have not obtained the recognition or equivalence of their degrees, diplomas, or studies in Spain.<br>In all cases, it will be an essential requirement that a minimum of 30 credits be recognized in accordance with the provisions of the University of La Laguna&#039;s Credit Recognition and Transfer Regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">If the Laguna<\/a>, all persons participating in this procedure must submit their applications through the ULL electronic office, addressed to the person in charge of the center where the degree they wish to pursue is taught.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Applications by other means will not be accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">According to the&nbsp;<a data-block-type=\"core\">a) Persons who do not have a DNI or NIE must present a validly issued passport or equivalent identity document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">b) Academic certification of the studies completed, which includes, among other things, the subjects taken, the academic year and the grades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">c) Document of equivalence of average grades certified by the Ministry of Education (<a href=\"https:\/\/universidades.sede.gob.es\/pagina\/index\/directorio\/Equivalencia_notas_medias\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Link<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>NOTE<\/strong>: In the section \u201c<strong>No. of credits or subjects<\/strong>&quot;, must indicate what is stated on the official academic certificate provided. If the subjects do not have recognized credits, each subject will be marked with a 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">d) Curriculum and teaching programs\/guides of the subjects taken duly approved by the university of origin, which include, among other things, the official duration in academic years of the curriculum followed, the subjects taken and the hourly load of each of them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The documentation relating to the teaching guides must be included in a <strong>single pdf file, the first page of which must contain an index<\/strong> The PDF should list each course guide and its corresponding page number. It must also be searchable as text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>In any case, the guides must correspond to those of the academic year in which the subjects are passed.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">e) Application for credit recognition. This will be available during the partial validation of foreign studies procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">f) Any other document that is necessary for better understanding of the validation that is intended to be obtained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">All documents submitted to these procedures must be official and issued by the competent authorities, in accordance with the legal system of the country in question, legalized (*) and translated into Spanish (**), where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>(*) Legalization of documents issued abroad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">No legalization is required for documents issued in Member States of the European Union or signatories to the Agreement on the European Economic Area: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden. Also Switzerland, by bilateral agreement with the EU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">In other cases, documents issued abroad that are to be used in these proceedings must be duly legalized in accordance with the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Documents issued in countries that have signed the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mjusticia.gob.es\/es\/Ciudadano\/TramitesGestiones\/Documents\/ESTADOS_FIRMANTES_CONVENIO_HAYA.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;Hague Convention<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;of October 5, 1961: a single legalization or \u201capostille\u201d issued by the competent authorities of the country is sufficient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Documents issued in countries that have signed the Andr\u00e9s Bello Convention (Art. 2, Section 6, Resolution 006\/98, approved by the 19th Meeting of Ministers of Education of the Andr\u00e9s Bello Convention): must be legalized through diplomatic channels. (When the country is also a signatory to the Hague Convention, the simpler procedure established by the Convention may be used). They must be submitted to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Ministry of Education of the country of origin for degrees and certificates of study and the corresponding Ministry for birth and nationality certificates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where the documents were issued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Diplomatic or consular representation of Spain in the following countries: Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Chile, Ecuador, Spain, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, and Venezuela.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Documents issued in other countries must be legalized through diplomatic channels. To do so, they must be submitted to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Ministry of Education of the country of origin for degrees and certificates of study and the corresponding Ministry for birth and nationality certificates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where the documents were issued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Diplomatic or consular representation of Spain in said country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Documents issued by diplomatic or consular authorities of other countries in Spain must be legalized by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>(**) Translation of documents issued abroad<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Article 15.1 of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/eli\/es\/l\/2015\/10\/01\/39\/con\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Law 39\/2015,<\/a>&nbsp;The Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations of October 1st establishes that the language of procedures processed by the General State Administration will be Spanish. Accordingly, the regulations governing these procedures require that documents issued abroad and used in these procedures be accompanied by an official translation into Spanish (when not issued in that language).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The official translation may be done:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">By a sworn translator, duly authorized or registered in Spain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">By any Spanish diplomatic or consular representation abroad, including that of the applicant&#039;s country of citizenship or, where applicable, the country of origin of the document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">To the extent possible, when the original document is written in a script other than the Western script, it is recommended that the corresponding translation include the title name in its original language, but transcribed into the Western script, rather than a number of places available through this process for each academic year. The extraordinary application period will be available exclusively for those degrees and courses with vacancies remaining after the regular application period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/bulletinBoard\/showBulletin\/64847:1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Offer of places for transfer of academic records and partial validation of degrees for foreign students. Call for applications 2026-2027.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">For degrees taught at more than one location, places will be assigned to the different locations, with the largest number of places reserved for the location with the lowest grade point average from the previous academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Student applications are based on the admission grade for partial validation of foreign studies, expressed with three decimal places, which will be extracted from the following formula:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>N = 0.5*NE + 0.5*CR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Where<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>N = Admission grade for partial validation of foreign studies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>NE = Average grade of the academic record of the university studies completed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>CR = Number of credits eligible for recognition.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">To this end, subjects will be equivalent in points to the grade obtained at the school of origin, in accordance with the equivalencies established by the competent ministry between the grades of said foreign educational systems and those of the Spanish educational system. The recognition of credits for which there is no grade will not be taken into account when calculating the average grade.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details
