Activities in English (5%):
Topic V will have contents realted with collective bargaining in the field of multinational companies. Documentation and legislation in English related to this area will be provided.
The assessment system will be, in general, continuous evaluation for the first call, unless the student decides to opt for the final evaluation.
A.- CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENT (5%):
To pass this topic nº 5 through continuous assessment in the first call, it is essential to pass two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part:
- Theoretical part: A theoretical test will be carried out orally that will deal with all the topics explained
- Practical part: Various activities will be carried out in theoretical classes and practical seminars, requiring active participation in them.
The activities to be carried out will consist of:
a) Study and resolution of a case
b) A questionnaire
c) A presentation and discussion of a paper about the topics explaned in topic V
B.- FINAL ASSESSMENT (5%)
It will consist of a question related to topic V in the oral exam to be taken on the official dates published by the academic authorities.
