class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The idea of creating a chair aimed at\u00a0<strong>care and service for the elderly<\/strong>\u00a0It arises from the increase in the elderly population and longevity, but especially from the need to offer\u00a0<strong>services and benefits in a life cycle that begins at sixty years old<\/strong>\u00a0and which includes a variety of very diverse life situations: employment and guidance, housing, health services, and support; but especially the \u201cethics of care\u201d and the inclusion of the \u201cgender perspective\u201d in actions such as helping with unwanted loneliness, building friendships and companionship, eliminating and helping in cases of violence, including gender violence.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div perpetrated against them. Finally, there is a need for technological assistance to access various public and private services. We also cannot forget the importance of health and legal advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Chair&#039;s work plan, as outlined below, includes the areas of training, research, and knowledge transfer.
