The Guidance and Tutorial Action Plan (POAT) of the Faculty of Philology of the ULL is structured on two axes: Career Tutoring and Guidance Activities.

3.1. Career Tutoring. Career tutoring refers to the work carried out by a professor, consisting of advising and monitoring students' academic progress. This type of tutoring is aimed at students from the beginning of their studies until they complete them. It is conducted in small groups or individually.

3.2. Orientation Activities. Orientation activities encompass all actions aimed at informing and guiding students regarding the curriculum of their degree programs and career opportunities; the resources and tools offered by the Center, in particular, and the University, in general; the rules and requirements for using these resources and tools; opportunities for student participation in governing bodies and other activities; the administrative procedures they must complete; mobility programs; and external internships. These activities are directed at students from before they begin their studies (the recruitment period) until they complete them. They are conducted in large groups.

To comply with the above, the Faculty will prepare a specific POAT that must be approved and published before the start of each academic year.

The plan will include at least the following sections:
