Ses feuilles, dont la taille varie selon les conditions environnementales, sont alternes, persistantes, lanc\u00e9ol\u00e9es-elliptiques et dentel\u00e9es. On observe des poils sur leur face inf\u00e9rieure, notamment le long de la nervure centrale, lorsqu&#039;elles sont jeunes. Les fleurs, blanches, campanul\u00e9es et pendantes, sont group\u00e9es en inflorescences.
