This assessment, review and improvement process is carried out with the aim of guaranteeing the quality of the degrees and ensuring that they comply with the requirements and criteria established within the framework of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The model is included in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2023-7500\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Organic Law 2\/2023<\/a>, of the University System (LOSU) and in the Royal Decrees of regulation of university education: fundamentally the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2021-15781\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RD 822\/2021<\/a>, which establishes the organization of university education and the procedure for ensuring its quality;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2011-2541\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RD 99\/2011<\/a>, which regulates official doctoral studies and the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2021-12613\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RD 640\/2021<\/a>, for the creation, recognition and
