However, a single assessment option is also available.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Duly enrolled students are generally entitled to six sittings to pass a subject, and may take or complete two sittings in an academic year, according to the following frequency:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Subjects taught in the first four-month period (September to January):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">January<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">July (with two evaluations)*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Subjects taught in the second semester (February to May), as well as annual subjects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">May<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">July (with two evaluations)*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The Evaluation and Grading Regulations of the University of La Laguna are the regulations that develop all aspects of the evaluation and can be consulted.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/bulletinBoard\/showBulletin\/23961:1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The specific periods of each call and the dates to request courts of 5th and subsequent calls are seen in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ull.es\/estudios-docencia\/calendario-academico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Academic Calendar of the Degree<\/strong><\/a>. Thus, passing the subject in the first examination session (June) will prevent them from reapplying to improve their grade in the second examination session (July). Conversely, failing the subject in the first examination session entitles them to reapply for the second examination session, without exhausting the required period of to students who have obtained a grade equal to or higher than 9.0. under the guidelines of the single evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Thus, the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/bulletinBoard\/showBulletin\/23962:1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Regulations for the courts of the fifth and subsequent calls<\/a>&nbsp;The ULL establishes that students who are in the fifth and subsequent calls have not exhausted it because they have presented themselves in continuous evaluation to the activities whose weighting counts at least 50 % of the evaluation or the percentage established in the teaching guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The exercise of the right to be evaluated by a tribunal will be requested by the student through the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.ull.es\/ecivilis-site\/catalog\/showProcedure\/687\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">procedure enabled for this purpose on the electronic headquarters<\/a>.
