Specific Training Certificate in Property Administration and Real Estate Management

Access and admission

Access

Article 50. Access to Specific Training Qualifications.

It will not be necessary to have a university degree to access the Specific Training Own Titles, without prejudice to the fact that the course implementation project must establish the access requirements, which must be in accordance with its purposes.

ACCESS REQUIREMENTS ESTABLISHED IN THE TITLE REPORT (SECTION 4.2):

You can access the Own Title in Property Administration and Real Estate Management:

  • Option A. Students who meet the requirements for access to official university degree courses in accordance with the applicable regulations may access studies leading to the obtaining of their own degrees at the undergraduate level.
  • Option B. If students do not meet the entry requirements for official undergraduate degrees, the academic director of the degree may request the Vice-Rector's Office, or the person or body to whom they delegate the responsibility for managing official degrees, to authorize such access, if the student can demonstrate at least one year of professional experience in property administration and real estate management.
  • Option C. Students who can prove they hold a foreign degree equivalent to the one required for Spanish students may also be admitted. For this purpose, recognition of said degree is not required, but prior verification is required in the country that issued it for access to undergraduate studies.

Admission and scale

The admission process will be conducted through applications from interested parties, which will be processed by the ULL unit responsible for managing university-specific degrees. This unit will be responsible for verifying that applicants meet the admission requirements.

When the number of pre-registration applications exceeds the number of places offered, the Academic Committee of the degree will conduct an online interview with those who have pre-registered.

In the event that an applicant has higher education studies related to the subjects covered by this Degree, the Academic Committee may consider validating those subjects whose content coincides with that already completed by this person.

The application for recognition of subjects for the Degree in Property Administration and Real Estate Management must be submitted at the same time as registration for each academic year.

It is the sole responsibility of students to request any credit recognition they deem appropriate, as well as to provide all supporting documentation. Under no circumstances will the Degree Directorate or its Academic Committee conduct exploratory analyses of possible credit validations.
