In order to access the studies leading to the obtaining of own degrees at the undergraduate level, the necessary requirements for access to university studies must be met in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement 7/CG 27-06-2017 approving the Regulations for University of La Laguna's Own Degrees.
Those who meet the following requirements will be able to access the studies and obtain the Master's degree:
As a general rule, those who meet the following requirements will be able to access the studies and obtain the Diploma of Specialization, University Expert, or Specific Training Certificate:
a) Those established in the previous section for master's degrees.
b) Those who pass a specific entrance exam, for which the director of the university's own degree will be responsible, in which the student will demonstrate that they possess the basic knowledge necessary to successfully complete the university's own degree. The academic director must have included this access system in the application form for the degree and will inform the responsible Vice-Rectorate of the students who have passed this exam in order for them to be admitted.
As a specific rule for access to FCD-ULL, the same access requirements will be considered as those for access to the PDI Training Plan of the University of La Laguna.
Those who can prove they hold a recognized foreign higher education degree or one equivalent to the corresponding official Spanish undergraduate degree will also have access to studies leading to ULL's own postgraduate degrees. For this purpose, recognition of said degree is not required, but prior verification that it qualifies in the country of issue for access to postgraduate studies.
In cases where students do not meet the entry requirements but still wish to pursue the course, they may do so. However, upon completion, they will not receive a university degree. Instead, they will receive a certificate of attendance and completion of a training course detailing the subject matter, content, and hours completed. This certificate will be issued by the Vice-Rector's Office responsible for managing university-specific degrees.
Likewise, students who only wish to take one or more subjects from a university-specific degree will be admitted, provided there are available places. In these cases, students will receive a certificate of attendance and achievement issued by the Vice-Rector's Office responsible for managing university-specific degrees for each subject taken.
