Overview

Esta microcredencial analiza críticamente los fundamentos de la coeducación y su relación con la diversidad LGTBIQA+ en el ámbito educativo. Capacita para identificar y prevenir el machismo y la LGBTIfobia en los contextos escolares, y proporciona recursos y metodologías para promover una educación inclusiva, equitativa y respetuosa.

Goals

  • Analizar desde una perspectiva crítica los fundamentos teóricos, normativos y pedagógicos de la coeducación y su relación con la diversidad LGTBIQA+ en el ámbito educativo
  • Identificar las manifestaciones del machismo y la LGBTIfobia en los contextos escolares, así como las estrategias educativas necesarias para su detección, prevención y erradicación.
  • Conocer y valorar recursos, metodologías y experiencias que promuevan una educación inclusiva, equitativa y respetuosa con la diversidad LGTBIQA+.

Access requirements

Students must be between 25 and 64 years old on the date the training begins.

A university degree is not required to access this micro-credential. However, students wishing to access it must meet the following access requirements:

  • Baccalaureate.
  • Higher vocational training cycle (senior technician).

1. Fundamentación teórica de la coeducación y la diversidad LGTBIQA+

– La coeducación como herramienta para la igualdad y la inclusión.

– Marco normativo y políticas educativas en materia de diversidad LGBTIQ+.

– La escuela como espacio de transformación social.

2. El machismo y la LGBTIfobia

– Violencias estructurales y simbólicas en el ámbito educativo.

– Prevención, detección y abordaje de la discriminación por orientación o identidad.

– Estrategias para promover entornos seguros, igualitarios y libres de violencias.

3. Recursos y estrategias para la práctica educativa inclusiva

– Diseño de materiales y actividades coeducativas con perspectiva LGTBIQA+.

– Dinámicas de sensibilización y trabajo con alumnado, familias y profesorado.

– Buenas prácticas y experiencias educativas de inclusión y diversidad.

Methodology and activities

  • Theoretical classes: expository, explanatory or demonstration sessions of the contents and knowledge.
  • Trabajo autónomo: actividad independiente y autorregulada del estudiante a partir de la documentación y directrices propuestas en la asignatura, preparación de clases y exámenes, elaboración de memorias finales, informes de prácticas,etc.
  • Tutoring (individual, group…): activity in which the teaching staff attends to, facilitates and guides one or more students in the training process.
  • Assessment: continuous assessment tests and final exams. Tests may be in person or online, and may be written, oral, or consist of practical exercises.

The methodology will be as follows:

  • Lectures/expository method: presentation or explanation by the teaching staff.
  • Evaluation: written tests, oral tests, practical tests, etc.
  • Tutoring: instruction period in which teachers and students interact with the aim of reviewing and discussing materials and topics presented in class.
  • Active methodologies: cooperative learning, project-based learning, flipped classroom, service learning, game-based learning, case studies, problem solving, etc.

They are aimed at making learning a participatory process and are based on the leading role of the students.

Evaluation criteria

  • Objective tests (true/false, multiple choice, test-type, fill-in-the-blank, ordering, etc.): These are measurement instruments that allow for the evaluation of knowledge, skills, performance, aptitudes, etc. The answers are closed-ended, thus promoting objectivity during the scoring process.
  • Case studies, exercises and problems: tests in which students must solve, in a reasoned manner, within a certain time, and according to the established criteria, the cases, exercises or problems posed by the teaching staff, with the aim of applying the knowledge acquired.
