Identification and analysis of prejudice and discrimination against the LGBTIQA+ community

Overview

This micro-credential aims to analyze the psychosocial processes and theoretical foundations that underpin the construction of the categories of sexual and gender diversity. It also seeks to identify the main mechanisms of social exclusion—such as prejudice, stereotypes, and discrimination—to understand their operation and impact in both social and professional spheres. Finally, it explores the bidirectional relationship between personal identity, social identity, and diversity, evaluating its direct influence on self-esteem and psychosocial well-being.
