This micro-credential trains students in the economic and scheduling planning of construction projects, as well as in contract management, production, and cost control. It covers defining cost targets, planning time and resources using bar charts, and comparative analysis between budget and objectives. It also provides training in supplier and contract management, monitoring actual costs, allocating work production, and analyzing results, all geared towards decision-making in the professional management of construction projects.

A professional with over 20 years of experience in the civil engineering sector, and with 9 years of experience as an associate professor at the University of La Laguna (ULL). He has been a regular user of PRESTO since the beginning of his professional career for project development and construction monitoring, as well as for teaching PRESTO to Civil Engineering students at the ULL and is responsible for the software licenses within the degree program.

Qualification: Analyst / Programmer. Experience: Authorized Presto distributor through the company Demo Arquitectura Cad/D with experience in training and implementation for project professionals, companies in the sector and public administrations since 2002.
