Structure of the curriculum

This Own Title of Own Master's Degree It is part of a modular structure that is linked to three other postgraduate degrees at the University Expert level, called “Expert in Integrated Supply Chain Management”, “Expert in Intelligent Transportation Systems” and “Expert in Smart Mobility”.

This structure allows students to choose between two strategies when approaching their master's studies: either enrolling in the master's degree from the beginning of the course, or accessing the master's degree after completing one (or all) of the aforementioned expert qualifications. For example, a student who has earned all three expert qualifications, provided they meet the requirements for admission to the master's degree, may enroll to complete only the Master's Final Project subject and obtain the Master's degree in Transport, Logistics, and Mobility.

These courses must be taken independently by any student studying either the Master's in Transport, Logistics, and Mobility or any of the University Expert Programs.

All of this is intended to provide coherence and unity among the various degrees linked to this Master's degree. The existence of common modules will facilitate the transition between the University Expert Programs, as well as between them and the Master's degree, provided that these degrees are reissued under similar conditions or do not undergo significant curricular modifications. In any case, the common credits between the different curricula will be recognized when transferring from one degree to another.

In addition to these four common compulsory subjects, which total 18 ECTS credits, the Master's Degree in Transport, Logistics and Mobility consists of three other modules, comprised of four more specific compulsory subjects.

Finally, the Master's Degree in Transport, Logistics, and Mobility also includes a Master's Thesis course, worth 6 ECTS credits, which must be completed after completing almost all of the Master's subjects.

It is a compulsory subject and is essential for obtaining the Master's certification, as stated in the Regulations for University of La Laguna's Own Degrees.
