Competencies
The program is aimed at young entrepreneurs who wish to pursue a postgraduate degree in business management, developing their teamwork and leadership skills as a foundation for future leadership positions. The uniqueness of the MBA program rests on three main pillars: a comprehensive approach from the perspective of general management, rigorous and action-oriented content, and a clear vision of the manager's responsibility to the people on their team.
Throughout the program, students study subjects that enhance the development of basic management skills, such as decision analysis, communication and negotiation skills, and career design. They also provide the knowledge and tools necessary to transform skills and attitudes so that business and personal decision-making is carried out in the best possible way.
