This program has been designed to respond to the challenges currently facing each of the company's areas of interest.
The globalized society in which we currently live requires that both recent graduates and managers undergo continuous training and/or retraining, in order to meet the challenges posed by globalization and compete advantageously in the era of new technologies.
We believe this program contributes decisively to achieving the goals and challenges of management training presented by a service-based economy with demanding business competitiveness like the Canary Islands.

The uniqueness of the MBA master's degree is based on three major axes: a comprehensive approach from the perspective of general management, rigorous and action-oriented content, and a clear vision of the manager's responsibility to the people on his or her team.
Throughout the program, students study subjects that enhance the development of basic management skills, such as decision analysis, communication and negotiation skills, and career design. They also provide the knowledge and tools necessary to transform skills and attitudes so that business and personal decision-making is carried out in the best possible way.
Consequently, the following basic competencies are developed:
2. That students know how to apply the knowledge they have acquired and their problem-solving skills in new or unfamiliar business environments.
3. Students should be able to integrate knowledge and address the complexity of making judgments based on information that, while incomplete or limited, includes reflections on the social and ethical responsibilities associated with the application of their knowledge and judgments.
4. Students should be able to communicate their conclusions—and the knowledge and underlying reasons that support them—to specialized and non-specialized audiences in a clear and unambiguous manner.
5. Possess and understand knowledge that provides a basis or opportunity to be original in the development and/or application of ideas in the business world.
6. Students should be able to integrate knowledge and address the complexity of making judgments based on information that, while incomplete or limited, includes reflections on the social and ethical responsibilities associated with the application of their knowledge and judgments.
Students who successfully complete the program will be able to lead and manage work teams and respond to business problems. Emphasis is also placed on presenting the company as a decision-making center where objectives, policies, and strategies must be established. The program also seeks to familiarize students with the local, national, and international business environment.
The main objective of the MBA is to prepare executives and entrepreneurs capable of managing and leading organizations in competitive, global, and dynamic environments while preserving professional ethics. This objective is achieved by acquiring a solid understanding of the most innovative business management techniques, with a special emphasis on new technologies, and developing leadership skills, which are increasingly the differentiating factor for successful professionals.
More specifically, the objectives of this Program are:
2. Deepen the instruments and techniques of each functional area,
3. Provide sufficient tools and instruments for decision-making and problem-solving in complex environments,
4. Develop management and leadership skills,
5. Offer a global vision of business management
