Competencies

Competencies are the set of knowledge, skills, and attitudes to be acquired by students throughout the degree, aimed at preparing them for professional activities.

  • CB1 – Students have demonstrated that they possess and understand knowledge in an area of study that forms part of general secondary education and is typically at a level that, while supported by advanced textbooks, also includes some aspects that involve knowledge from the forefront of their field of study.
  • CB2 – That students know how to apply their knowledge to their work or vocation in a professional manner and possess the skills that are usually demonstrated through the elaboration and defense of arguments and the resolution of problems within their area of study
  • CB3 – Students should have the ability to gather and interpret relevant data (normally within their area of study) to make judgments that include reflection on relevant social, scientific or ethical issues.
  • CB4 – Students can transmit information, ideas, problems and solutions to both specialized and non-specialized audiences
  • CB5 – That students have developed the learning skills necessary to undertake further studies with a high degree of autonomy

Degree in Law

  • G1 – Become aware of the importance of law as a regulatory system for social relations.
  • G2 – Be able to analyze and synthesize the theoretical information received
  • G3 – Present and defend orally and/or in writing topics, ideas and problems related to the legal world.
  • G4 – Solve legal problems by creating and defending arguments within each disciplinary area
  • G5 – Search and manage relevant information to make social, ethical or scientific judgments
  • G6 – Be able to be sensitive to social, economic and environmental issues
  • G7 – Have knowledge and identify the basic legal institutions of the corresponding disciplinary area
  • G8 – Have the ability to learn independently and acquire continuous training at the pace of social and legislative changes

Degree in Labor Relations

  • G1 – Know and use Information and Communication Technologies applied to the field of Labor Relations
  • G2 – Know how to apply local, regional, national and international regulations and rules in the field of Labor Relations
  • G3 – Understand and apply basic information search and management tools in the field of Labor Relations
  • G4 – Understand, analyze and evaluate theories, results and developments in the field of Labor Relations
  • G5 – Solve problems and make decisions in the field of Labor Relations
  • G6 – Lead multidisciplinary groups in the field of Labor Relations

Degree in Law

  • E1 – Ability to understand the historical, philosophical and constitutional foundations of the legal system, as well as its current conception as an instrument for organizing social coexistence
  • E2 – Ability to detect and apply, in the resolution of legal cases, the criteria derived from the fundamental essence (historical, philosophical and constitutional) of the legal system
  • E3 – Ability to understand the interrelations between Economics and Law
  • E4 – Ability to resolve practical legal issues specific to civil law
  • E5 – Ability to understand the fundamental theoretical concepts of civil regulations
  • E6 – Ability to understand the fundamental theoretical concepts of administrative law
  • E7 – Ability to apply the methods of Administrative Law to resolve practical cases of Public Law
  • E8 – Ability to understand the fundamental theoretical concepts of criminal law
  • E9 – Ability to resolve practical criminal cases using the instruments of a criminal lawyer
  • E10 – Ability to understand the theoretical concepts of European regulations
  • E11 – Ability to understand the theoretical concepts of Financial and Tax Law
  • E12 – Ability to solve practical cases of Financial and Tax Law

  • E1 – Be able to transmit and communicate in writing and orally using appropriate terminology and techniques of labor relations
  • E2 – Be able to understand and make appropriate basic legal decisions and solutions
  • E3 – Be able to know, understand and apply the general Spanish legal framework to better understand the legal framework of labor relations
  • E4 – Know how to select and manage labor information and documentation
  • E5 – Be able to develop labor relations management projects in companies, organizations and public administrations
  • E6 – Know how to perform analysis and diagnoses, provide support and make decisions in labor and social security law matters
  • E7 – Know how to apply techniques and make decisions in human resources management
  • E8 – Know how to develop advisory, representation and negotiation functions in different areas of labor relations
  • E9 – Be able to develop, apply and evaluate territorial strategies for socioeconomic promotion and job placement
  • E10 – Be able to interpret data and indicators and apply quantitative, qualitative, evaluation and auditing techniques in the field of labor relations
  • E11 – Know how to prepare, develop and evaluate occupational and continuing training plans in the regulated and non-regulated fields
  • E12 – Know the technical and legal aspects of occupational risk prevention and know how to manage prevention activities
  • E13 – Be able to critically analyze decisions made by agents involved in labor relations
  • E14 – Be able to understand and interrelate the different disciplines that make up labor relations at the national and international level
  • E15 – Communicate orally and in writing in English basic concepts related to the field of labor relations and human resources
