The proposed dual degree program does not entail the creation of a new curriculum, but rather a specific curricular pathway leading to the completion of both the Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts (specializing in Drawing, Illustration, and Animation) and the Bachelor's Degree in Design. It also does not involve any modifications to the existing curricula of either degree program. Students who complete the joint curricular pathway will obtain the Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts (specializing in Drawing, Illustration, and Animation) and the Bachelor's Degree in Design. Therefore, this proposal aims to guarantee the accreditation of compliance with all the requirements established individually for each degree. Successful completion of both degrees implies the acquisition of the competencies for both qualifications.
The dual degree program is organized into five academic years with a total of 360 credits, including the final degree projects for both degrees. A summary of the curriculum is provided below.
The distribution of subjects allows the annual course load for students to be 72 credits per course.
The specific training itinerary is the one that is included below, ordering the subjects of the two degrees by semesters with academic criteria and workload to build a coherent itinerary that enhances integrated training.
