The curriculum for the Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education includes 6 credits for the completion of the Final Degree Project and is held in the fourth year. The Final Degree Project is governed by Article 14.6 of Royal Decree 288/2021 and the Regulations for the subject "Final Degree Project" at the ULL (Approved by the Governing Council on November 6, 2024). Its purpose is for students to integrate, apply, and deepen the general and specific skills developed in the degree's curriculum, and specifically those related to independent work, which will allow them to provide efficient solutions to the problems arising from this development. The Final Degree Project, together with external internships, constitutes the optimal tool for integrating the knowledge and skills developed in the degree.

In accordance with article 12.9 and 12.10 of the Procedure for the preparation, presentation, evaluation and management of TFGs, the following is established:
12.9. To award a Master's Degree, the CTFG (General Training and Development Committee) of the degree will be constituted as a committee to evaluate all duly motivated proposals. These proposals will be presented by the responsible teaching staff. The CTFG may delegate the evaluation of the proposals to the person coordinating the TFG subject, who may propose a specific subcommittee for this purpose from among the subject's teachers. The minimum grade a student must have to be awarded the MH is 9. 12.10. If the number of proposed MH mentions exceeds the number of available mentions, the following priority criteria will be used in the order presented below: a) evaluation by the court of the final report b) higher grade in the presentation and defense of the TFG and c) higher grade of the final report d) in this order: highest number of “honours”, highest number of outstanding grades and highest number of notables obtained by the student during the completion of the Degree.

The presentation of the TFG reports will be done by telematic procedure, through the Electronic HeadquartersA copy of the report will also be submitted to the virtual classroom for the TFG subject. The deadline for submitting the TFG report will be announced in the virtual classroom. Papers submitted after the deadline will not be processed or eligible for defense.
To be awarded the "honorable mention," the student must receive a grade of 10 from the tutor. Tutors must submit a written report, duly reasoned and argued, to the Final Degree Project Committee justifying their award. If the number of applications exceeds the established quota, the Committee will appoint a panel to evaluate and determine the qualifications based on the regulatory quota.

The purpose of this agreement is to promote the development of research and educational proposals linked to the La Escuela Lo Primero (LELP) initiative. The goal is to further the objectives of the LELP community, highlight the educational project reflected in the documentary Las clases, and generate knowledge and practical proposals that contribute to promoting multiculturalism, improving coexistence, and community work.
The COTEC Foundation, in collaboration with the Faculty of Education of the University of La Laguna, will award five TFG prizes consisting of a five-day educational trip to Vienna, participating in a learning experience focused on educational transformation and successful practices of schools around the world, led by Escuela21.
