The aim of our group (SYNBIOPRO) is the synthesis of bioactive substances, with special focus on those with pharmacological uses. Of particular interest is the development of new environmentally friendly methodologies to be used in the total synthesis of biologically active products including polyether toxins, (un)natural amino acids, sphingosine analogs, alkaloids, etc.
