In addition, the institute organizes a weekly research seminar program featuring leading national and international researchers in these scientific fields. Most ITB researchers serve as professors and\/or tutors in these postgraduate programs, which are academically directed by Dr. Guadalberto Hern\u00e1ndez (PhD in Health Sciences) and Dr. \u00c1ngel Acebes (Master in Biomedicine), both members of the institute. Furthermore, ITB professors and researchers have significant participation on the Academic Committee of both programs, and all of the institute&#039;s research groups are officially affiliated with
