Its objective is to provide ULL research groups, public and private organizations, and local and national companies with the equipment and technical support necessary to perform advanced microscopy experiments (Epifluorescence, Confocal, Phase Contrast and Normarski, FRAT, FRET, etc.), both on fixed samples and live cells. Furthermore, it aims to facilitate the analysis and quantification of microscopy images generated by users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-stackable-accordion stk-block-accordion trafficking.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physiological analysis of Ca2+ response.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Study of protein interactions using the FRET technique (<em>Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Study of protein transport using the FRAP technique (<em>Fluorescence Recovery After Photobleaching<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determination of fluorescence spectra (Lambda Scan)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Image processing and quantification with specialized programs: LAS X, Huygens Deconvolution, ImageJ\/ Fiji.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
