Mu\u00f1oz de Bustillo Alfaro (Programme de doctorat en sciences de la sant\u00e9 ULL, 2021-2025)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Axes de recherche<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nos recherches visent \u00e0 identifier et \u00e0 \u00e9lucider de nouvelles voies g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques impliqu\u00e9es dans la neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rescence, notamment la scl\u00e9rose lat\u00e9rale amyotrophique (SLA) et la d\u00e9mence fronto-temporale (DFT), gr\u00e2ce au d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux mod\u00e8les murins de ces maladies \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riel g\u00e9n\u00e9tique d\u00e9riv\u00e9 de patients. Ces \u00e9tudes sont au c\u0153ur d&#039;une vaste collaboration avec des laboratoires nationaux et internationaux de premier plan, qui r\u00e9unit une expertise unique en g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, biochimie et biologie cellulaire. Les travaux du groupe sont ax\u00e9s sur le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux mod\u00e8les murins de SLA\/DFT, avec un int\u00e9r\u00eat particulier pour la biologie de la prot\u00e9ine TDP-43, prot\u00e9ine pathologique cl\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9e dans la SLA. Forts de ces approches, nous \u00e9tablissons une vaste collaboration internationale qui inclut plusieurs laboratoires en Europe, aux \u00c9tats-Unis et en Espagne.
