Il op\u00e8re dans le cadre du programme de subventions Agust\u00edn de Betancourt, financ\u00e9 par le Conseil insulaire de Tenerife, TF Innova, FDCAN et MEDI. Ce service a pour objectif d&#039;offrir aux chercheurs de l&#039;ITB, de l&#039;ULL et de tout organisme public ou priv\u00e9 la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper leurs propres mod\u00e8les cellulaires et animaux, leur permettant ainsi de faire progresser leurs recherches plus efficacement. SOMA propose \u00e9galement la cryoconservation de ces mod\u00e8les afin d&#039;assurer leur conservation \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-stackable-accordion sp\u00e9cifiques, un mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9paration d&#039;ADN est n\u00e9cessaire qui, selon sa taille, doit \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9 par clonage, lequel peut \u00eatre demand\u00e9 au service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Obtention d&#039;une lign\u00e9e cellulaire g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement modifi\u00e9e<\/strong><\/em><br>Ce service comprend toutes les \u00e9tapes n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tablissement d&#039;une lign\u00e9e cellulaire g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement modifi\u00e9e, depuis la transfection des r\u00e9actifs jusqu&#039;\u00e0 l&#039;obtention du clone pr\u00e9sentant la modification souhait\u00e9e, y compris l&#039;obtention de diff\u00e9rents clones et leur s\u00e9lection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Microinjection pronucl\u00e9aire<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;(bient\u00f4t)<br>Service d&#039;injection du contenu n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l&#039;utilisateur dans le pronucl\u00e9us d&#039;un ovule de souris f\u00e9cond\u00e9 par micro-injection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>f\u00e9condation in vitro<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;(bient\u00f4t)<br>La f\u00e9condation in vitro est essentielle \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation ou \u00e0 l&#039;obtention d&#039;un mod\u00e8le murin. Les embryons f\u00e9cond\u00e9s doivent ensuite \u00eatre implant\u00e9s chez une m\u00e8re porteuse, sauf si l&#039;objectif est d&#039;\u00e9tudier leur d\u00e9veloppement jusqu&#039;au stade de blastocyste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Transfert d&#039;embryons<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;(bient\u00f4t)<br>Le transfert d&#039;embryons \u00e0 des m\u00e8res porteuses est n\u00e9cessaire aussi bien pour la cr\u00e9ation d&#039;un nouveau mod\u00e8le murin que pour l&#039;acquisition d&#039;un mod\u00e8le murin commercial cryoconserv\u00e9. Dans ce dernier cas, il facilite non seulement le transport a\u00e9rien, mais pr\u00e9vient \u00e9galement l&#039;introduction d&#039;agents pathog\u00e8nes dans l&#039;animalerie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Cryoconservation du sperme de souris<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;(bient\u00f4t)<br>La pr\u00e9servation du sperme de souris est assur\u00e9e par cong\u00e9lation dans l&#039;azote liquide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Cryoconservation d&#039;embryons de souris<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;(bient\u00f4t)<br>Conservation d&#039;embryons de souris par cong\u00e9lation dans l&#039;azote liquide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>maintenance \u00e0 l&#039;azote liquide<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;(bient\u00f4t)<br>Une fois les spermatozo\u00efdes et les embryons cryoconserv\u00e9s, ils doivent \u00eatre maintenus \u00e0 un niveau d&#039;azote ad\u00e9quat pour assurer leur bon fonctionnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>D\u00e9cong\u00e9lation d&#039;embryons de souris<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;(bient\u00f4t)<br>Ce service offre la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9congeler des embryons de souris en vue de leur revitalisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>G\u00e9notypage de souris<\/strong><\/em><br>Lorsqu&#039;on travaille avec des mod\u00e8les murins, il est n\u00e9cessaire de les g\u00e9notyper afin de confirmer qu&#039;ils conservent la modification g\u00e9n\u00e9tique qu&#039;ils portaient initialement. Le g\u00e9notypage est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire apr\u00e8s une exp\u00e9rience d&#039;\u00e9dition g\u00e9nique.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details
