g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de d\u00e9velopper une recherche biom\u00e9dicale d\u2019excellence, ax\u00e9e sur la recherche translationnelle et r\u00e9pondant aux besoins biosanitaires r\u00e9gionaux, les objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques de l\u2019ITB sont les suivants\u00a0:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La conception et la r\u00e9alisation de projets de recherche en lien avec les axes scientifiques de l&#039;institut, par la mise en \u0153uvre d&#039;un syst\u00e8me de gestion et d&#039;un programme de recherche visant \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des r\u00e9sultats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation \u00e0 l&#039;organisation et au d\u00e9veloppement de programmes interdisciplinaires de ma\u00eetrise et de doctorat, \u00e0 la formation du personnel, aux cours, aux s\u00e9minaires, aux conf\u00e9rences et \u00e0 toute autre activit\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 la formation.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettre en place des proc\u00e9dures efficaces pour attirer du personnel de recherche, technique et de gestion de haute qualit\u00e9, tout en maintenant et en am\u00e9liorant les ressources humaines.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tablir des interactions de coop\u00e9ration avec d&#039;autres centres de recherche.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration avec le secteur productif pour le d\u00e9veloppement d&#039;applications biotechnologiques \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes sp\u00e9cifiques, en favorisant l&#039;innovation et le transfert de connaissances et de technologies.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La mise en \u0153uvre de l&#039;innovation en mati\u00e8re de soins de sant\u00e9, fond\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9sultats de la recherche clinique et \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La diffusion et la promotion des concepts et des avanc\u00e9es de la biom\u00e9decine, contribuant \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d&#039;une dynamique culturelle favorable \u00e0 son d\u00e9veloppement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
