Notre objectif principal est le d\u00e9veloppement et le transfert de nouvelles th\u00e9rapies fond\u00e9es sur les m\u00e9canismes mol\u00e9culaires. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, nos recherches pr\u00e9cliniques ont clairement identifi\u00e9 la glycolate oxydase (GO ou HAO1) \u200b\u200bcomme une cible s\u00fbre et efficace pour la th\u00e9rapie par ionisation s\u00e9lective (TIS) dans l&#039;hyperoxalurie primaire (HP), ce qui a conduit au d\u00e9veloppement de trois strat\u00e9gies pour son application dans de nouvelles th\u00e9rapies\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9gulation n\u00e9gative de GO par administration d&#039;ARNsi<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inhibition de la GO par de petites mol\u00e9cules<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inactivation du g\u00e8ne GO par CRISPR in vivo<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Projets financ\u00e9s<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Service d&#039;\u00e9dition g\u00e9n\u00e9tique.
