En este campo nos hemos propuesto identificar las caracter\u00edsticas anatomo-funcionales de las regiones cerebrales implicadas en diferentes aspectos cognitivos y conductuales. Mediante el uso de im\u00e1genes de resonancia magn\u00e9tica funcional, hemos desarrollado diferentes experimentos que han ayudado a una mejor caracterizaci\u00f3n de estas regiones.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Investigaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica: hemos contribuido con diferentes redes internacionales enfocadas en la interpretaci\u00f3n de estudios de neuroimagen en pacientes con met\u00e1stasis en columna; en los efectos del COVID-19 en el entorno quir\u00fargico; y se ha participado activamente en una red nacional para el estudio de las met\u00e1stasis cerebrales (RENACER).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, estamos desarrollando varios proyectos enfocados en los tumores cerebrales, identificando nuevos biomarcadores pron\u00f3sticos y de respuesta, as\u00ed como definiendo posibles nuevos objetivos terap\u00e9uticos<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Proyectos financiados<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identificaci\u00f3n de biomarcadores relacionados con el deterioro cognitivo asociado a la terapia de deprivaci\u00f3n androg\u00e9nica en pacientes con c\u00e1ncer de pr\u00f3stata.
