The first presentation, Keys to sustainable construction: from regulations to environmental assessment of buildings, It is led by Dr. Marta María Domínguez Herrera (Professor at the University of La Laguna) and Dr. María Toledo Pérez-Abreu (Partner at Toledo y Heras Arquitectos).

The second presentation focuses on the Evaluation of the performance of Canary Island housing for the design of strategies to mitigate energy poverty: a CSR practice in the construction sector, whose speaker is Dr. Eduardo González Díaz (Professor at the University of La Laguna). 

The third presentation, Bioclimatic Architecture in the Canary Islands: regulations and challenges, It is presented by Ms. Araceli Reymundo Izard (Bioclimatic Architect).
