Initialement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e comme technique diagnostique pour mesurer l&#039;excitabilit\u00e9 et la connectivit\u00e9 du tissu nerveux et cartographier les fonctions c\u00e9r\u00e9brales, la TMS, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 moduler l&#039;excitabilit\u00e9 du tissu c\u00e9r\u00e9bral, semble jouer un r\u00f4le important dans le traitement de diverses affections neuropsychiatriques. Lorsqu&#039;un groupe de neurones align\u00e9s dans la m\u00eame direction s&#039;active simultan\u00e9ment, ils g\u00e9n\u00e8rent un courant \u00e9lectrique qui se propage \u00e0 travers le cerveau, le cr\u00e2ne et le cuir chevelu jusqu&#039;au monde ext\u00e9rieur. L&#039;EEG d\u00e9signe la repr\u00e9sentation graphique des variations de tension g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par ces courants \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 la surface du cr\u00e2ne.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notre laboratoire d&#039;EEG dispose de deux syst\u00e8mes enti\u00e8rement fonctionnels \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&#039;amplificateurs Neuroscan Synamps2, install\u00e9s chacun dans une pi\u00e8ce distincte. Les deux syst\u00e8mes utilisent des capteurs Quick-Caps \u00e9lastiques \u00e0 70 canaux. Nous utilisons des logiciels de pr\u00e9sentation de stimuli, notamment E-Prime, Presentation et PsychoPy, pour recueillir les donn\u00e9es comportementales. Le logiciel Scan Acquire est utilis\u00e9 pour la configuration des enregistrements EEG. Les donn\u00e9es sont pr\u00e9trait\u00e9es et analys\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;outils tels que Cartool, Fieldtrip, Brainstorm et de scripts d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s sur mesure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parmi les diff\u00e9rentes mesures physiologiques significatives que l&#039;on peut obtenir \u00e0 partir d&#039;un enregistrement EEG, les potentiels \u00e9voqu\u00e9s (PE) sont sans doute les plus connus en neurosciences cognitives. Il est utilis\u00e9 dans la recherche sur le syst\u00e8me visuel, la psychologie, la linguistique cognitive et la conception de produits.&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les donn\u00e9es de suivi oculaire sont recueillies \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;un dispositif de suivi oculaire d\u00e9port\u00e9 ou fix\u00e9 sur la t\u00eate et reli\u00e9 \u00e0 un ordinateur. Les dispositifs non intrusifs comprennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments\u00a0: une source lumineuse et une cam\u00e9ra. La source lumineuse (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement infrarouge) est dirig\u00e9e vers l&#039;\u0153il. La cam\u00e9ra suit la r\u00e9flexion de cette source lumineuse ainsi que les caract\u00e9ristiques visibles de l&#039;\u0153il, comme la pupille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces donn\u00e9es servent \u00e0 extrapoler la rotation des yeux et la direction du regard.
