Avant d\u2019enseigner, elle a travaill\u00e9 pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es comme experte internationale pour l\u2019OIT en Bolivie, au Costa Rica, au Nicaragua, au Guatemala, au Panama et au Salvador, et pour l\u2019AECI au Costa Rica. Elle a \u00e9galement collabor\u00e9 avec plusieurs ONG, mettant en \u0153uvre des projets de sensibilisation aux \u00eeles Canaries et des projets de coop\u00e9ration au P\u00e9rou, \u00e0 Cuba, en Elle a \u00e9galement collabor\u00e9 avec plusieurs ONG, mettant en \u0153uvre des projets de sensibilisation aux \u00eeles Canaries et des projets de coop\u00e9ration au P\u00e9rou, \u00e0 Cuba, en Mauritanie et au Cap-Vert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En mati\u00e8re de coop\u00e9ration universitaire, il a coordonn\u00e9 le projet financ\u00e9 par l\u2019AECID intitul\u00e9 \u00ab R\u00e9seaux pour le renforcement institutionnel des universit\u00e9s du Cap-Vert et des \u00eeles Canaries \u00bb (2012) ; le projet europ\u00e9en SEMACA intitul\u00e9 \u00ab R\u00e9seaux de formation et de recherche en coop\u00e9ration \u00e9ducative internationale et en \u00e9ducation pour le d\u00e9veloppement entre l&#039;Universit\u00e9 du Cap-Vert et l&#039;Universit\u00e9 de La Laguna \u00bb (2013-2015) ; et financ\u00e9 par le gouvernement des \u00eeles Canaries, le projet \u00ab R\u00e9seaux de coop\u00e9ration interuniversitaire Canaries-Afrique : recherche, innovation et \u00e9valuation \u00e0 l&#039;aide de m\u00e9thodologies collaboratives dans les politiques d&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 \u00bb et actuellement \u00ab D\u00e9fis de l&#039;innovation et du transfert dans les politiques d&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 : r\u00e9seaux universit\u00e9-soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Canaries-Afrique \u00bb. Ces derniers ont permis la cr\u00e9ation du R\u00e9seau CIMPI, qui regroupe plus de 50 chercheurs de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, du Cap-Vert, du Maroc, de Mauritanie, du Mali et des \u00eeles Canaries. Le r\u00e9seau a re\u00e7u le 8e prix d&#039;internationalisation ULL en 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son travail d&#039;enseignement a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;Universit\u00e9 de La Laguna en tant que professeur d&#039;\u00e9ducation compar\u00e9e, d&#039;\u00e9ducation pour la coop\u00e9ration et le d\u00e9veloppement et d&#039;\u00e9ducation interculturelle, accordant une importance particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la diffusion des droits de l&#039;homme et a enseign\u00e9 dans divers programmes de master et de doctorat \u00e0 l&#039;ULL et \u00e0 l&#039;UAM sur \u00ab Peuples, cultures et d\u00e9veloppement : notre diversit\u00e9 cr\u00e9ative \u00bb ; \u00ab \u00c9ducation et d\u00e9veloppement dans un monde globalis\u00e9 \u00bb ; \u00ab Coop\u00e9ration internationale au d\u00e9veloppement \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle est actuellement membre du Centre d&#039;\u00e9tudes africaines et des groupes de recherche de l&#039;ULL : \u00ab Migrations, genre et identit\u00e9s : analyse et \u00e9valuation des politiques \u00bb et \u00ab Coop\u00e9ration \u00e9ducative internationale \u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details Langues et comp\u00e9tences internationales et interculturelles. Planifier et coordonner les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019apprentissage des langues et de promotion des comp\u00e9tences pour les \u00e9tudiants, le personnel enseignant et de recherche et le personnel administratif. Promouvoir l\u2019int\u00e9gration des deux types de comp\u00e9tences dans les nouveaux programmes et guides p\u00e9dagogiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12. Contrats et acquisitions. Celles d\u00e9coulant des fonctions que, en mati\u00e8re de passation de march\u00e9s administratifs, l&#039;ordre juridique attribue \u00e0 l&#039;organisme adjudicateur dans les proc\u00e9dures relatives aux march\u00e9s de fournitures, de services et de travaux dans le cadre de ses comp\u00e9tences et des cr\u00e9dits budg\u00e9taires allou\u00e9s aux Unit\u00e9s de d\u00e9penses dont il a la charge, jusqu&#039;\u00e0 concurrence de cinquante mille euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13.
