Il est professeur titulaire de chimie analytique au D\u00e9partement de chimie depuis 1998. Il a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re d&#039;enseignant \u00e0 l&#039;ULL en 1991 en tant qu&#039;assistant de facult\u00e9. Il enseigne actuellement en Licence de Chimie et en Licence de Physique, ainsi qu&#039;en Master de Chimie. Au sein de la direction de l&#039;universit\u00e9, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 directeur du d\u00e9partement de chimie analytique (2003-2007), coordinateur de la qualit\u00e9 et de l&#039;innovation p\u00e9dagogique de la facult\u00e9 de chimie (2008-2012), doyen de la facult\u00e9 de chimie (2012-2014), vice-doyen de la section de chimie de la facult\u00e9 des sciences (2014-2015) et Au sein de la direction de l&#039;universit\u00e9, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 directeur du d\u00e9partement de chimie analytique (2003-2007), coordinateur de la qualit\u00e9 et de l&#039;innovation p\u00e9dagogique de la facult\u00e9 de chimie (2008-2012), doyen de la facult\u00e9 de chimie (2012-2014), vice-doyen de la section de chimie de la facult\u00e9 des sciences (2014-2015) et vice-recteur des \u00e9tudiants (2017-2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De m\u00eame, compte tenu des responsabilit\u00e9s du Vice-Rectorat, il convient de noter qu&#039;il a \u00e9t\u00e9 membre de la Commission des \u00c9tudes de Premier Cycle (2012-2019) charg\u00e9e d&#039;\u00e9tudier et de soumettre au Conseil de Direction les propositions de modifications des dipl\u00f4mes de Premier Cycle ou les propositions de nouveaux dipl\u00f4mes, Directeur Acad\u00e9mique du Master en Chimie (2013-2014), Coordinateur du POAT de la Section Chimie (2019-2020) et Coordinateur du TFG du Dipl\u00f4me en Chimie (2013-2023). En ce qui concerne l&#039;\u00e9valuation et la qualit\u00e9 institutionnelles, il convient de souligner sa participation active \u00e0 la v\u00e9rification, \u00e0 la modification et \u00e0 l&#039;accr\u00e9ditation de plusieurs dipl\u00f4mes de licence et de master, ainsi que sa participation au comit\u00e9 qui a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 la documentation qui a conduit au sceau Eurobachelor Chimie pour la licence en chimie. Celles d\u00e9coulant des fonctions que, dans le domaine des contrats administratifs, l&#039;ordre juridique attribue \u00e0 l&#039;organisme adjudicateur dans les proc\u00e9dures relatives aux march\u00e9s de fournitures, de services et de travaux dans le cadre de ses comp\u00e9tences et des cr\u00e9dits budg\u00e9taires allou\u00e9s dans les unit\u00e9s de d\u00e9penses dont il est responsable jusqu&#039;\u00e0 concurrence de cinquante mille euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15. Demandes de subventions et d&#039;aides li\u00e9es aux activit\u00e9s du vice-recteur. Gestion des subventions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, toutes les fonctions attribu\u00e9es au Recteur dans les domaines de l&#039;Enseignement, de la Qualit\u00e9 de l&#039;Enseignement, de l&#039;Innovation, de la Formation des Enseignants et de la Gestion des Qualifications Officielles qui ne sont pas express\u00e9ment attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 un autre organisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>17. En tout \u00e9tat de cause, la signature d&#039;accords relatifs \u00e0 des mati\u00e8res relevant du Vice-rectorat est exclue de la pr\u00e9sente d\u00e9l\u00e9gation, sans pr\u00e9judice des
