Through a hands-on, theoretical methodology, attendees will develop their tasting skills and gain knowledge about how regenerative viticulture influences the sensory characteristics of wine.<\/p>\n<p>The activity is aimed at the general public, with a maximum limit of 30 participants, ensuring a personalized and quality experience.<\/p>\n<p>Academic Director: Jes\u00fas Enrique De las Heras Roger.
