By projecting scientific, technological, social, moral, and environmental transformations, it allows us to examine philosophical problems that concern both our present and the shaping of possible futures. In its various formats—literature, film, television series, comics, video games, animation, music, and other cultural expressions—it offers a particularly fertile ground for philosophical reflection.

The course offers a multifaceted exploration of these issues through presentations by specialists from diverse philosophical backgrounds and traditions. Sessions will combine lectures with opportunities for dialogue and debate, using science fiction works as tools for philosophically examining contemporary problems. In addition, a philosophical discussion and a series workshop will be held, where participants will further explore the concepts presented in previous sessions.

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays in the afternoon, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, except for Thursday, November 5th.
