This project by Tenerife-born architect and photographer Carlos A. Schwartz is organized in collaboration with the CajaCanarias Foundation. The exhibition will be open Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Born in Santa Cruz de Tenerife in 1942, Carlos A. Schwartz has a long and distinguished career in architecture and photography. His architectural works include the renovation of the Heliodoro Rodr\u00edguez L\u00f3pez Stadium and his participation in organizing the 1st International Exhibition of Sculptures in the Street, held in Santa Cruz de Tenerife in 1973.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The exhibition brings together a selection of black and white photographs taken over several years, focusing on the world of books, their spaces, and the people connected to them. Through his images, Schwartz offers a personal perspective on the places and people that bring the literary universe to life. The exhibition also includes texts and testimonials from the people portrayed, establishing a dialogue between photography and the written word. Architecture is also present in the exhibition.
