{"id":56167,"date":"2026-11-03T08:55:59","date_gmt":"2026-11-03T08:55:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ull.es\/portal\/agenda\/?post_type=tribe_events&#038;p=56167"},"modified":"2026-11-03T13:51:44","modified_gmt":"2026-11-03T13:51:44","slug":"taller-entrena-con-estrategia","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/www.ull.es\/portal\/agenda\/en\/evento\/taller-entrena-con-estrategia\/","title":{"rendered":"Workshop: &quot;Train with strategy&quot;\u00ab"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Sports Service organizes the &quot;Train with strategy&quot; Workshop, taught by instructors Guillermo Maldonado de Diego, Senior Technician in Teaching and Socio-sports Activities and student of the Degree in Sciences of Physical Activity and Sport, and Fabio Fajardo Vera, Senior Technician in Physical Conditioning.<\/p>\n<p>It will take place in the fitness and cardio room of the ULL Sports Service facilities on Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop will offer basic notions for planning, structuring and self-managing the week of training in the gym in an autonomous, safe and adapted way to each personal reality, providing simple, logical and realistic tools to stop improvising, emphasizing the principle of periodization.<\/p>\n<p>We will answer questions that arise before, during, and after planning, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Where do I begin?<\/li>\n<li>How many days and hours should I train?<\/li>\n<li>How do I distribute my weekly training?<\/li>\n<li>What principles should we keep in mind?<\/li>\n<li>What myths exist that generate frustration or inefficiency?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Registered participants will bring comfortable, breathable sportswear and a towel.<\/p>\n<p>The established price is \u20ac3 for students, \u20ac4 for administrative and service staff and teaching and research staff, and \u20ac5 for people associated with ALUMNI-ULL.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ull.es\/portal\/agenda\/en\/servicios\/deportes\/app-deportes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Registration and payment<\/a>. Limited places available, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, until November 12, 2026 at 1:00 PM or until all places are filled.
