The answer is simple. Most<br \/>\nconsider organizational culture to be intangible and immeasurable. Thus, few know where to begin, nor<br \/>\nhow to demonstrate the ROI associated with the time and money spent on culture related initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Shane Sokoll, who holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and serves as the Chief Strategy<br \/>\nOfficer at Concordia University Texas, will discuss the topic \u201cMeasuring the Immeasurable:<br \/>\nOrganizational Culture\u201d on February 15, 2019. Utilizing a proven Scientific Model that has helped<br \/>\norganizations for over 20 years positively improve their cultures, Dr. Sokoll will share his first hand<br \/>\nexperiences of how to measure and improve organizational culture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Shane Sokoll\u2019s home residence is in Austin, Texas, USA. During the Spring 2019 quadrimester, as an appointed Fulbright Senior Scholar, he is at La Universidad de La Laguna. The Fulbright program is a bi-<br \/>\nnational program between the governments and universities of Spain and the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Sokoll joins us from Concordia University Texas (CTX), where he serves as the Chief Strategy<br \/>\nOfficer and VP of Planning and Quality. Sokoll holds the rank of Associate Professor, and previously<br \/>\ntaught full-time in Concordia\u2019s College of Business. Earlier in his career at Concordia, he also led<br \/>\nConcordia\u2019s Academic Center for adult students majoring in business, healthcare administration, and<br \/>\nhuman resource management.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Sokoll has a PhD in Organizational Leadership and a Master in Business Administration (MBA). He<br \/>\nis a recognized thought-leader on innovative education that focuses on the development of emerging and<br \/>\ncurrent organizational leaders.
