Como hemos pasado de recoger cv\u00b4s a tener que lanzar campa\u00f1as en redes sociales.<\/li>\n<li>La formaci\u00f3n como manera de gestionar el talento y forma de incentivar al personal<\/li>\n<li>Posicionamiento de la Marca empleadora. Es necesario crear una propuesta de valor para el candidato, y mejor que la de la competencia.<\/li>\n<li>El caso de los Perfiles STEM. Recursos escasos para un mercado laboral creciente exponencialmente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El ponente,\u00a0Jose Luis Gugel, managing partner y socio fundador de The Key Talent, y responsable de Desarrollo de Negocio a Espa\u00f1a y LATAM y ponente en diferentes Programas de Desarrollo de Directivos en diversas compa\u00f1\u00edas, tanto en Espa\u00f1a como en\u00a0otros pa\u00edses,\u00a0compartir\u00e1 los retos a los que se enfrentan las empresas ante estas realidades.<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Dirige: Julio Antonio Brito Santana.
