The ESI Postdoctoral Program <\/span>\u00abSocial Sciences and Humanities in a Post-crisis Period\u00bb is a structured academic program led by the European Scientific Institute, ESI, the University of La Laguna, and 11 other Universities on 4 continents.<\/span><\/p>\n

The ULL is an established partner of this partnership hosting a number of postdoctoral candidates from around the globe. The ULL coordinator of the program is Dr. David Perez Jorge from the Faculty of Education who is one of the program directors. In the past two years, ULL welcomed researchers from different academic areas working together with ULL professors from 5 faculties and organizing lectures, workshops, roundtables, and international scientific conferences. Apart from the academic part, the participants every year visit the main spots in Tenerife enjoying the marvelous landscapes.<\/span><\/p>\n

The ESI program activities hosted professors from Spain, Brazil, Ecuador, Italy, Macedonia, Albania, Pakistan, Greece, Germany, Argentina, Czech Republic, Turkey, Zimbabwe, Algeria, Chile, Malta, and the United States. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This year the group of postdoctoral candidates will visit the ULL from 24 May to 8 June 2023. <\/span>This group of researchers obtained the ULL award \u00abResearch Group of the Year\u00bb for 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n
