The discussed crime is located in Chapter XIX of the Polish Penal Code in the Article 153, while in the Spanish Penal Code it can be found in Book II, Title II, Article 144. In this article, similarities and differences of the above mentioned criminal act will be presented &#8211; comparative analysis of the Polish and Spanish law. Furthermore, the following will be presented: the history of criminal acts, the classification of offences with respect to the object, subjective side, sanctions and the mode of prosecution. The issue of the perpetrator&#8217;s liability for committing this crime against a pregnant woman and the doctor&#8217;s liability for the committed act will also be discussed. The most important point of the article will be the comparison of the construction of the criminal act of termination of pregnancy without the consent of the woman against the background of both legal systems.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Se realizar\u00e1 una exposici\u00f3n del tema objeto del seminario en lengua inglesa seguido de un turno de preguntas y otro de debate.<\/p>\n<p>Dirigido a cualquier persona interesada en el Derecho comparado y en la regulaci\u00f3n de la interrupci\u00f3n del embarazo y el delito de aborto.<\/p>\n<p>Imparte: Oliwia Kokoszka.
