Su actividad cient\u00edfica se centra en el estudio de los mecanismos moleculares que rigen la neurotransmisi\u00f3n, espec\u00edficamente en el papel de prote\u00ednas como Munc13-1 y Complexinas en la regulaci\u00f3n de la exocitosis sin\u00e1ptica y su impacto en las patolog\u00edas cerebrales.
